Tom Mitchell is phenomenal as is his office staff. He has decades of experience and provides the best customer service of anywhere we’ve experienced – for any professional service! My husband was skeptical and didn’t think his hearing loss was bad enough yet and that I was overreacting. That didn’t turn out to be the case after the hearing test. Tom offered several options, fitted my husband, tweaked the computer programming and in general, provided caring concern, expert advice and professional service. We returned once/week for 5-6 weeks to further tweak, get questions answered, and each time the filters and tips were replaced and fine-tuning was performed as my husband got used to the aids. We are both fully satisfied customers – my husband with his new and improved hearing, and me with no longer having to repeat everything!
