As a new arrival to FL. and experienced hearing aid user, I needed to find a new provider locally.
After discovering that Countryside Hearing Aid Services sells and services my preferred brand, (Oticon), as well as many others; I made an appointment to purchase a new pair of hearing aids.
What I have discovered over the past year is this: Tom Mitchell is a seasoned professional with years of experience in his field. His knowledge of hearing loss, hearing aids and his extensive experience with all brands of hearing aids is unsurpassed. His staff is by far the most welcoming, friendly, and courteous in the Tampa Bay Area. I know this because I’ve visited plenty of them.
My initial audio testing and subsequent fitting was an excellent experience. As a matter of course I was asked to return every week for several months to ensure that I was perfectly fitted and 100% happy with my hearing aids. All of these follow-ups and cleanings were free of charge, and will continue to be periodically for the life of the hearing aids. Plus, free batteries for the life of the hearing aids as well!
My former provider was top notch, but Tom Mitchell and his fantastic staff stand head and shoulders above them all!
