Tom and Laurie are great to work with; they are both friendly and knowledgeable. They possess the ability to immediately put you at ease and find the best solution for the loss you may be experiencing. I have a very active life that takes me from the quite setting of an office, the moderate setting of meetings, to the very loud setting of a football stadium, Tom was able to take this information and set me up with hearing aids that work for all the environments I find myself in. I also love that they schedule periodic appointments to make sure everything is working as it should and have the added bonus of the battery program.
