It’s All About Hard Work!

About Hard Work

Countryside Hearing is continuing to grow and we have been blessed with what is one of the best fitting success rates in the industry at 98% (successful fittings of hearing aids – the national average is 81%). Looking at it another way, our hearing aid return rate of 2% is over 9 times better than the industry average of 19% return of hearing aids (from unsatisfied patients). At the end of the day, it’s about working hard to make our patients happy and keeping them that way for many years.
Why the success? I’ll take a stab at it…

1. Superior hearing aid Programming and Service My 34 years of hearing aid experience helps out a good bit in the programming and fitting area. Our superior patient service really has to be experienced rather than read about. We put extreme emphasis on follow-up, multiple visits to the office and relationship building. You are ALWAYS on our schedule to make sure your ears are in good shape and your hearing aids are working optimally. I don’t know of anyone in the industry that provides more or better follow-up and service than we do at Countryside Hearing.

2. State-of-the-Art Hearing Aid Technology There are only 6 major hearing aid manufacturers in the world today. Phonak, Oticon, ReSound (Beltone), Starkey (Audibel), Siemens (now known as Sivantos – who makes aids for Miracle-Ear) and Widex. My job is to choose the very best hearing aids from these manufacturers. Not all of them are good enough to make the cut. At Countryside Hearing we are always going to provide our patients with the best technology and the best return on their investment. Period.

3. We are Family Owned and Family Operated Laurie and I have been married going on 31 years. We are a team and are deeply committed to not only one another, but also to our business. We think like a team and we run our business with the sole purpose of being the absolute best at what we do. As business owners, we are always going to do the right thing. Mediocrity is not an option! Even when hiring Rachel and Jill, we had to go through 1800 applicants to find the perfect fit. As a family, we are not being dictated to by franchises or corporate owners of chain stores. We don’t have to pay high commissions nor are we going to run ridiculous “bait and switch” ads which feature nothing more than false promises, deflection and deception.

4. Our Patients Talk about us…a Lot! The benefit of “word of mouth” advertising is incredibly obvious. Laurie and I would like to personally thank you for talking about us as much, and as complimentary, as you do. Check out the Testimonial section of our website if you have time.
